We strive to provide high-quality products and satisfactory shopping experience for all customers. This return and refund policy applies to all orders purchased from our official cross-border store.
1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit
Customers are entitled to apply for returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the products (compliant with EU consumer protection regulations). All returned items must be unused, unwashed, intact, with original packaging, labels and accessories complete, and resalable condition. Used, damaged, improperly maintained or customized products are not eligible for free return or refund.
2. Defective & Wrong Item Returns
If you receive defective, damaged products or incorrect items caused by our shipping error, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after delivery with photos or videos as evidence. We will provide free return, exchange or full refund service, and bear the corresponding return shipping fees.
3. Customer Voluntary Return
For personal reasons (dislike, inappropriate size, unnecessary purchase, etc.), customers can apply for returns within the valid period. The return shipping fees and relevant customs duties, taxes are borne by the customer. We will deduct the actual return shipping cost from the refund amount after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products do not support return or refund: clearance sale items, personalized customized products, disposable consumer goods, digital downloadable products, and products damaged due to personal misuse or artificial damage after receipt.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and verify the returned items meet the return standards, we will process the refund within 14 working days. The refund will be returned via the original payment channel. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing rules of your payment platform and bank. No cash refund or third-party transfer is supported.
6. Return Process
Contact our customer service via email: service@radcovent.com to submit a return application → Wait for our official return address and authorization → Send back the goods with tracked shipping → Submit the return tracking number to us → Complete inspection and refund.
