This Shipping Policy applies to all international orders of INSEL LIMITED’s cross-border store, specifying the rules of order processing, shipping time, delivery scope, freight standard and logistics responsibility.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be reviewed and processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong statutory holidays) after successful payment. During peak shopping seasons or holiday periods, the processing time may be appropriately delayed, and we will notify customers of the delay via email in advance.
2. Shipping Regions & Time
We support global mainstream regional shipping, including Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and other regions. The estimated delivery time is 7-25 working days after shipment, depending on the destination country, logistics mode and local customs clearance efficiency. Please note that customs clearance inspection, local logistics delay and other objective factors may cause delivery time extension, which is not within our controllable scope.
3. Shipping Fee Standard
Shipping fees are automatically calculated by the system based on the product weight, volume and delivery destination. We will clearly display the specific freight amount on the order settlement page before payment. We provide regular free shipping activities for specific regions and order amount thresholds, subject to the latest store activity rules.
4. Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to local customs duties, taxes and clearance fees. All tariff and tax expenses generated by the destination country are borne by the customer. We will truthfully declare the product information in accordance with international customs regulations, and do not bear any liability for customs detention, return or penalty caused by customers’ non-compliance with local customs rules.
5. Logistics Tracking & Package Protection
After the order is shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number to your registered email. You can track the delivery status in real time through the official logistics website. For packages lost or severely damaged during transportation due to our logistics arrangement problems, we provide free reshipment or full refund service.
6. Undeliverable & Abnormal Orders
If the package cannot be delivered normally due to incorrect customer shipping address, unreachable contact information or customer refusal to sign for it, the resulting return freight, loss and related fees shall be borne by the customer. We will not refund the order amount for invalid delivery caused by customer reasons.
7. Shipment Delay Explanation
We are not responsible for shipment delay caused by force majeure factors including natural disasters, epidemic control, international logistics suspension, war and policy adjustments. We will actively track the order status and notify customers of relevant situations in a timely manner.
